Warranty coverage will begin on the product purchase date, and the duration of the warranty is for as long as you own the unit. Warranty is non transferrable.

Alternative Gas Solutions warrants to the customer that our hydro cell generator shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship.
|
|
3.

Warranty covers only defects that arise as a result of normal use of the product, and does not cover any other problems, including those that arise as a result of improper installation, maintenance or modifications. Warranty will not cover the use of alternative parts or supplies not provided or supported by Alternative Gas Solutions as well as the operation of the generator outside the product's specifications.

Warranty will only cover the Hydrogen Generator itself, not the additional parts and accessories that we include in our kits- they are covered by their own manufacturers warranty and are shipped to you new. If there is a problem with any of these items, contact us within 30 days for replacement before installation on the vehicle. Once installed, we can not return it to the mfg. and the item can not be returned. Warranty will be null and void if products have been remanufactured, reverse engineered, cut or sawed into, or tampered with in any way.

Once Alternative Gas Solutions receives notice from the customer of any defect in the hydro cell generator, we shall either repair or replace the product, at the Alternative Gas Solutionss option. In the event that we are unable to repair or replace, the defective generator we shall, within a reasonable time after being notified of the defect, refund the purchase price of the product.

Alternative Gas Solutions shall have no obligation to repair, replace, or refund any product until the customer returns the defective product along with proof of purchase to Alternative Gas Solutions

Under this warranty any replacement product may be either new or like new, provided that it has functionality at least equal to that of the product being replaced. Replacement parts may contain remanufactured parts, components, or materials equivalent to new in performance.

If you are returning a Hydrogen generator for a lack of Hydrogen Production per our guarantee, The Alternative Gas Solutions will first test the generator to determine the Hydrogen gas output. If the generator is simply malfunctioning and can be repaired, the Alternative Gas Solutions alone will have the option of either repairing the generator, send you a new generator, or issuing a refund. If you notice a reduction in performance, this is not a defect or an indication it is broken. It could simply indicate that the unit may need drained and flushed with clean water.

The expense of all postage or shipping costs from a customer to the Alternative Gas Solutions shall be the sole responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are not refundable or reimbursed under any circumstances, unless we make a mistake on your order, (in which case we will be responsible for shipping costs.)

We do not warranty or reimburse you for any modifications done to your vehicle as a result of the installation of our hydro cell units, nor do we warrant any damage to your vehicle, engine, person(s), or property as a result of direct or indirect use of our generator whether installed in a vehicle or not. This is a do it yourself type product and we cannot control nor warranty the cost of installation. If you hire a mechanic or friend to help in the installation, it is at your own risk. Poor quality or sub standard installations are not covered in warranty. |
Performance Disclaimer
The Alternative Gas Solutions Hydrogen generator System Performance figures of improved fuel efficiency are based on actual test vehicles, or our customers testimonials. Results were based on different vehicles which have electronic fuel injection or standard combustion/carburetor engines, both gasoline and diesel models. Vehicles with electronic fuel injected Systems sometimes may require an additional enhancer (EFIE) to create the same result. Individual results can vary considerably due to a variety of factors including but not limited to altitude, humidity, barometric pressure, outside temperature, vehicle age, and state of vehicle tune, vehicle manufacturer engine tolerances, vehicle modifications, chassis, engine and quality of the installation.
Product Installation
All Alternative Gas Solutions products must be properly installed in order to function as designed. It is recommended that a certified vehicle mechanic perform installation. Every effort has been made to provide the customer with a detailed set of installation instructions. These instructions are packed with each unit and must be followed closely to avoid any installation errors that could cause a unit to malfunction and void the warranty. This warranty does not cover non-performance of units improperly installed. The installer is responsible to the customer for his/her installation and for correcting an improper installation.
Limitations of Warranty
To the extent allowed by local law, neither Alternative Gas Solutions noe it's third party suppliers makes any other warranty or condition of any kind, whether express or implied. Warranties or conditions, satisfactory quality for a particular purpose. Damages to a customers vehicle is not covered by this warranty.
Limitations of Liability
To the extent allowed by local law, Except for the obligations specifically set forth in this warrant statement, in no event shall Alternative Gas Solutions or it's third party suppliers be liable for any damages either direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, whether based on contract, tort, or any other legal theory and whether advised of the possibility of such damages.
BEFORE YOU RETURN PRODUCT(S), Call our customer service at (928) 772-6613 and we will e-mail or fax you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form. This (RMA) form must be included Inside the returned box, so that we will have all of the information required to repair the unit and return to you. Please return your Hydrogen generator only to the return address that is on our RMA form, not to the address listed on the original product box, they are different address.
For the protection of Alternative Gas Solutions, we must refuse, and return to sender, any packages that do not display our (RMA) number.
Please measure the space in your vehicle and do your hydrogen research first because we do not accept any returns, or grant any refunds, including but not limited to, customer negligence, buyers regret, installation difficulty, insufficient mounting space, individual MPG results not as expected, never installed, or just simply changed your mind; except as specified above regarding a manufacturer's defect which is covered under our warranty. We do not sell used merchandise, once a unit has been opened or installed in a vehicle, it may not be returned for any reason except warranty repair.
Please be aware that any packages sent by normal U.S. Postal Service cannot be tracked to ensure delivery, therefore, postal insurance and delivery confirmation service is recommended. The Alternative Gas Solutions can not be responsible for loss, or damage of returned items.
