Is this Hydrogen on Demand Technology Dangerous? Print E-mail

It CAN be Very dangerous… If you do stupid things!

There are safety rules and they are quite simple, but you have to know them and apply them.  Hydrogen-On-Demand technology is still considered a dangerous experimental technology but is NOT any more dangerous than the usual automotive technologies involving fuel, cooling, etc. if you follow the safety rules .

For instance we all know that the radiator is essential to cool down the engine, and without it the car will go up in smoke. However, if you open the radiator cap when hot, you're going to get hurt, is that right? The danger is not in the radiator; the danger is in ignorance and carelessness and not following the safety rules.

Hydrogen-On-Demand means that we are not storing Hydrogen! We're using all the Hydrogen that we're producing, immediately. There is no Hydrogen storage tank to explode in case of an accident. Hydrogen is also less flammable than gasoline. Gasoline can burst into flames at 442 degrees Fahrenheit, however, hydrogen won't ignite until 1,022 degrees Fahrenheit. It’s far better for the environment, and perfectly safe for you and your passengers.
